ForestWind Viviene Ianisha Sultanova is only 8 months old in this photo, and she already looks like an adult Siberian! This is unusual even for a male Siberian cat. Siberians are a slow maturing breed, developing adult physical traits over their first five years. The Siberians' gradual pace in maturing seems to be matched by a lovely, long life of 13 to 18 years.
A generally trouble free breed, the Siberian cat is a terrific pet for families. Their large size, good health, cosy long coat, and patient personality combined with their tendency to bond closely with their families, while confidently greeting your guests, offers those who share their home with a Siberian a special kind of joy!
